As part of our commitment to sustainability, we have implemented innovative measures to reduce our environmental impact. A notable example is our approach to water consumption. Instead of contributing to the plastic problem with disposable bottles, we offer water in bottles that are washed and reused right here in our restaurant.
Our bottles are not only environmentally friendly, but we also guarantee the quality of the water we offer. We use an Instapura double filtration system, backed by Coway equipment and a UV pre-process. This approach not only purifies the water, but also ensures the removal of any impurities, giving our customers the peace of mind of consuming water of the highest quality.
The idea of offering water in refillable bottles was inspired by the Cócono restaurant, a benchmark in sustainability in the region. By adopting this practice, we not only reduce our environmental impact, but we also seek to inspire other restaurants to follow our example.
